CONTINUOUS EVALUATION PROGRAMME(CEP)
This is a continuous evaluation programme to examine the performance of students, on a regular basis. Every Monday and Thursday there will be examinations on their respective subjects, following the university rules. There will be special seating arrangements and it will be followed by a strict evaluation procedure. Examination will be on the first period with ten weightage and a time schedule of one hour. The evaluated answer sheets of the examinations conducted on Monday and Thursday will be returned to the students on Friday and Monday respectively. The absentees in the CEP will be strictly made to bring their parents and appear in the re-examination conducted at 2.40 p.m. on their day of presence. After having examinations on all subjects, the first round of the CEP will be completed. After the completion of each round of CEP, the parents of failed students will be asked to meet PRINCIPAL, HOD and teachers for their further progress.
In case, if any holidays are in the date of CEP examination, it will be conducted on the next working day.
